17.00 Doors Open (Rehearsals allowed)

18.00 – 19.00 Registration

19.00 – 19.15 Guest Performance

19.15 – 20.00 Performances Part 1

20.00 – 20.15 Break, Open floor

20.15 – 20.30 Guest Performance

20.30 – 21.15 Performances Part 2

21.15 – 21.30 Voting

21.30 – 21.45 Open Floor

21.45 – 22.00 Awarding Ceremony

Participant Information:

The participating group should consist of at least 2 people (no upper limit).

The showcase can be performed in any dance style or can involve numerous styles.

It also may include props and decorations (preferably conveniently install-able and removable).

One performance should last 2-7 minutes.

Each group performs once.

The best performance is voted by public and announced at the end of the night.

The dancers should have their music burned on a CD and delivered at the registration desk upon arrival.

Rehersals available on Friday 16-17.00 and Saturday 17.00-18.00.
